Cream butter
and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add
flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
Divide
batter evenly among the cupcake tins and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Remove
from oven when slightly golden and let cool before frosting and devouring every
single one of them!
