This creamy avocado dressing is seriously so delicious! Like, I’d almost just eat this as a soup…but I think that would freak Josh out, so I’ll stick to it being a dressing.  


Creamy Avocado Dressing

What you’ll need  

1 large (or 2 small) ripe avocado 
1/4 cup olive oil or grapeseed oil 
1 handful fresh cilantro 
2-3 cloves garlic 
Juice from 1 lime 
1 tablespoon honey (maple or agave would work too) 
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup water (you may want more if you want it thinner) 

Directions  

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. You can add more water for a thinner consistency. 

Let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before eating so the flavors can really come together.  

Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge. Keeps for about 5 days. 

Pour it over salads, lettuce wraps, tacos, sandwiches, or whatever else you want to take from good to amazing. Not only is it great, but it's great for you. It's gluten-free and most of the ingredients found in this dressing have anti-inflammatory properties that will help your body stay clean and healthy.
